Our fee’s vary depending on the type of service you require for your property. There is a separate charge for a detailed inventory, which you can gain from our team, when discussing the service. Please note that the inventory charge varies depending on property size. There are also no hidden costs or charges.

Our Fee’s

Our standard fee for our tenant find service is £350 +VAT (£420). There is a separate charge for a detailed inventory (varies depending on property size).

Our standard fee for our fully managed service is 25% of all let fee’s. There is a separate charge for a detailed inventory.
